The building incorporates an array of green initiatives such as 210kWp capacity solar panels, a sewage treatment plant that allows 100% wastewater reuse, 2W & 4W EV chargers with reserved parking lots for promoting green vehicles, water-efficient faucets to conserve water, and HVLS fans & energy-efficient lighting systems.
