This is the second project of SKCL to get a LEED Gold Certificate.
Conserve worked with SKCL Prime’s team, & Nataraj & Venkat Architects and other stakeholders to achieve a 59.80% reduction in indoor water use, a 96.58% decrease in waste sent to landfills, a 20.52% energy savings, and a focus on occupant wellbeing through improved daylight, ventilation, and indoor air quality.
We applaud SKCL for this impressive accomplishment and look forward to more environmentally friendly buildings in the future.
