- Where is it used? For flushing toilets, irrigating lush landscapes, car washing, and even limited domestic non-potable uses.

Through comprehensive Rainwater Harvesting (RWH), the project captures 100% of the runoff from one day's peak rainfall.
An impressive network – including a 100 KL tank, 40 recharge pits, and stormwater trenches – holds a total capacity of 963.45 cubic meters per day, ready to handle Coimbatore's monsoon peaks (up to 15 intense days/month).
The project achieves water positivity, putting back 1.02 times the freshwater it consumes annually. Essentially, it returns more water to the aquifer than it draws!

Inside the Villas: Forget wasteful fixtures. Radiance Regalia uses only low-flow taps, showers, and toilets, all performing significantly better than standard codes. This alone achieves a 42.79% reduction in indoor potable water use – far exceeding the 30% target.

Over 91% of the landscaped area (6,048 sq m) features beautiful, low-water native plants like Hibiscus, Bougainvillea, and Coconut palms.
Water-thirsty turf is minimized to just 8.22%.
Smart Irrigation: Drip systems water at least half the plants, using only recycled or harvested water. Automated controls, soil moisture sensors, and pressure regulators ensure zero waste.

- A state-of-the-art 120 KLD (Kiloliters per Day) Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) treats all wastewater generated by the 125 villas.

- The Best Part? 100% of this treated water is reused on-site. Nothing goes to waste, creating a true circular water system.
