We are proud to have supported Pacific Engineered Surfaces Private Limited, operating under the brand Pacific Surfaces, in completing the Life Cycle Assessment and Environmental Product Declaration process for its low-silica engineered surface product.

Their willingness to engage deeply with data and technical requirements made this achievement possible.
The project required detailed data collection across raw materials, energy, water, transportation, production waste and packaging, alongside careful alignment of LCA methodology, system boundaries, cut-off criteria, allocation procedures and end-of-life scenarios with applicable PCR requirements. Conserve Consultants supported the client through data collection, LCA modelling, documentation and third-party verification coordination.
The completed EPD reports a Global Warming Potential of 0.7 kg CO₂e per m² and provides a transparent environmental disclosure that can support credible communication with customers and stakeholders. It also provides a foundation for future eco-design, material optimisation and carbon-reduction initiatives.
