At CII Realty East 2026, our Managing Partner, Mr. Aninda Basu, participated in the panel discussion on “Green & Net Zero Future”, bringing together diverse perspectives from across the real estate ecosystem.
What made the discussion particularly valuable was the mix of panelists and the organic, imprompt exchange of questions and perspectives.
The key takeaway was clear: achieving Net Zero requires alignment across the entire value chain from developers choosing the right location and architects enabling green design, to investors supporting sustainable projects, MEP consultants setting performance benchmarks, sustainability consultants aligning projects with Net Zero goals, and product vendors undertaking due diligence to maximise safety and minimise carbon footprint.
Net Zero is not achieved by one decision. It is built through many right decisions, made together.
