We are happy to announce the successful LEED BD+C Platinum certification for CtrlS Datacenters LTD (MDC – 4 & 5). This marks our 5th project collaboration with CtrlS Datacenters, Asia’s largest Rated-4 Hyperscale data center provider. Achieving this milestone in the Mission Critical sector is a testament to what true technical collaboration looks like.

Project Highlights from MDC-4 & 5:
Energy Performance: 32.41% savings in energy performance (IT load), validated via ASHRAE standards.
Water Conservation: 57.93% reduction in potable water use, saving millions of liters annually.
Water Management: 100% of rainwater runoff managed via on-site harvesting and recharge pits.
Material Innovation: 36.1% sustainable materials used, including a full Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), improving GWP and Ozone depletion metrics.
Indoor Health: Utilization of low-VOC materials ensures a healthier environment for critical operations.
