Key Achievements:
– Water Positivity: Recharges 102% of consumed water (16,698 KL/year) back to nature.
– 42.79% Savings in potable water use (exceeding the 30% target) through low-flow fixtures.
– 100% Wastewater Recycling: 120 KLD sewage plant treats and reuses every drop for flushing, landscaping, and irrigation.
– 100% rainwater recharge captured via 40 recharge pits effectively designed as per site percolation limits.
– 91.7% Drought-Tolerant Landscaping with native plants, slashing outdoor water demand, and water monitoring across all sources to drive efficiency.
– Water Conservation: The project has achieved a significant 45.95% reduction in water usage through the installation of water-efficient fixtures, lowering indoor water consumption to 45 KLD from a baseline of 91.3 KLD.
– Material Conservation: The project has diverted 97.05% of the construction waste from landfill and sent to recycling. Furthermore, 100% of wood materials is Eco Friendly Wood Based Materials

Impact: Saves 16,380 KL of freshwater annually, equivalent to filling 6.5 Olympic pools!
