Water Conservation: 57.50% reduction in water use | Indoor consumption slashed to 4.68 KLD with high-efficiency fixtures.
Circular Economy: 95.82% construction waste diverted from landfills | 14+ Epd-published materials prioritized.
Health First Design: Low-VOC materials for superior indoor air quality, boosting employee wellbeing.
