– Water Conservation: 59.42% reduction in indoor water use through efficient fixtures. dropping indoor consumption from 6.68 KLD to 2.71 KLD with efficient fixtures.
– Material Conservation: 95.6% construction waste was diverted from landfills.
– Healthy Interior: Use of low-VOC materials for better indoor air quality.
