We are proud to have supported SKS Industries in successfully completing its GreenPro certification journey across 75 GreenPro-certified products, strengthening its commitment to responsible materials, resource efficiency and credible sustainability performance.
The journey involved working through tight timelines, data gaps, testing requirements and separate calculations for wood and non-wood products. Through structured documentation, continuous coordination, testing follow-ups and a project-specific action plan, the certification process was successfully brought to completion.
The project achieved 64% against the 50% minimum requirement, along with 47% recycled content in wood products, 34% in non-wood products, 25% reduction in specific energy consumption and over 95% utilization of recyclable waste.
A special appreciation to Mr. Vasu Annamalai and Mr. Sudhakar, whose leadership and commitment as the brothers driving this family-run business have been instrumental in making sustainability an integral part of the company’s growth journey.
