MEPF Design to meet statutory compliance and LEED Platinum Certification.
Energy Efficiency: Over 100% reduction in energy costs (excluding process load), standard ASHRAE 90.1 and 62.1-2004 simulations, incorporating renewables.
Water Conservation: 51.45% reduction in usage (5.54 KLD from 11.4 KLD baseline) with efficient fixtures; 100% rainwater capture, recharge, and reuse.
Material Sustainability: 33.4% sustainable materials by cost with recycled content; whole-building LCA improvements in GWP, ozone depletion, acidification, eutrophication, and non-renewable resource depletion.
Low-Emitting Materials: Low-VOC flooring, ceilings, and furniture for healthier indoor environments.
