Current Opportunities

Job Description:

  • Providing general sustainable design and construction consulting and coordination of green building certification to various internal and external clients.
  • Should plan his daily activities for 1 to 2 weeks in advance according to active projects and demands from internal/external clients for deliveries like reports, meetings, data collections, analysis. Etc.
  • Should attend/lead daily team huddle meetings to prioritize his/team’s today activities.
  • Should attend the biweekly co-ordination meetings with consulting team to plan the deliverables for his/team next 2 weeks reports/meetings/activities.
  • Should update the project diary and scheduler in the ERP at regular intervals on the documents received/required/etc. as well the project status.
  • Should do the schematic model analysis with available inputs based on the current stage of the project and come out with alternatives with costs/payback period/etc. for improving the sustainability of the project to improve the LEED/IGBC/GRIHA Energy Scores.
  • Should provide the base case and proposed case modeling inputs as per the ASHRAE 90.1 Std. and the actual project design information respectively. And prepare these reports and explain them to the project team.
  • Should research the market on availability of innovative/high efficient energy products/system/equipment and if required, invite/have dialogue with the available vendors in the market to validate the claims by vendors and accumulate the database on such products/system/equipment in the Conserve KPM/ERP.
  • Should prepare the Sustainable Value Addition Case Study (SVAC) as soon as the design closure is done.
  • Managing a project in its entirety for various certifications, including project scheduling for DPM, running team meetings, project documentation and responding to design team requests for information.
  • Should have deep knowledge in ASHARE standards of 90.1, 62.1 & 55.

Skills Required:

Experience Required:

2-5 year with previous experience in the infrastructure or Sustainability industry.

Qualification:

B.E (Mechanical Engineering)

Job Description:

  • Represent Conserve and explain our services and their benefits to clients and stakeholders.
  • Understand and assess client requirements and offer them suitable solutions to meet their sustainability objectives.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to promote long-term relationship with client.
  • Interact with marketing team to convert business strategies into business
  • Travel across the sites/ region for developing for business and to complete the projects.
  • Create effective partnership for repeat clients and market penetration.
  • Mange the projects along with our internal technical teams for delivering the project milestones as per client requirements and timelines.
  • Maintain strong relationship with client and ensuring client satisfaction and identifying future opportunities.

Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of Design, Construction, Commissioning and Operations of various Building types like commercial, Residential, Hospitals, Factories etc.
  • Should preferably be an IGBC AP/LEED AP/ GRIHA AP/ BEE Energy Auditor/ Manager or any associated Green/ Energy Credentials.
  • Knowledge of CAD and other Project Management Tools would be added advantage.

Qualification:

Should be an engineer/ architect with at least 3-7 years of experience in Building Industry or Equipment’s (HVAC, STP, Transformers, etc.)/ MEP Design/ Green Building Certification.

Experience:

  • +2 to 5 years of experience in Construction Material Business Development/ Architecture, MEP, PMC, EIA, Energy Audit Consulting Firm/Sustainability, Green Certifications.

Job Description:

  • Assist in the development and execution of green building strategies.
  • Perform passive analysis including CFD, daylight, and ventilation studies.
  • Support the design team with relevant sustainability insights throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate on projects to ensure compliance with green building rating systems.

Knowledge:

  • Knowledge in Green Building Rating system & Strategy, Passive analysis (CFD, Daylight & Ventilation)
  • IGBC AP/ LEED AP certification added as advantage
  • MS Office, Auto Cad, Design builder, Ecotect & other applicable analysis software

Skills Required:

Qualification/ Experience:

M.Arch (Sustainability or General) (0-1 year experience)/ B.Arch (1-3 year relevant experience).

Job Description:

  • Represent Conserve and explain benefits of their services especially MEP Design to prospective clients, architects, developers, corporates, PMCs, etc.
  • Assesses client requirement and identifies appropriate technical solutions and service offerings.
  • Develop and execute strategies to build long-term relationship with the clientele.
  • Travel across the region for business & project management
  • Coordinate projects with clients and internal design team for meeting the deliverables and timelines.
  • Use appropriate judgement to optimally leverage resources to address issues or opportunities.
  • To ensure customer satisfaction thereby generating repeat business.

Knowledge Required:

  • Statutory codes like NBC – 2016 (Part -9) UPC-I SP 35 etc.
  • Design experience in any one of the services (Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing & Firefighting services).
  • Basic Knowledge on Spatial/ Planning and sizing of equipment’s in any one of the trades (M/E/P) like Transformer, DG sets, panels and UPS, ST, WTP, ETP, Chiller Plant, AHU, TFA and etc.

Skills Required:

  • Knowledge on Auto Cad, MS office (Excel, Word & Power Point etc).
  • Co-ordination with other MEPF services.

Qualification:

B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech – Civil/ Electrical/Mechanical.

Experience:

4 to 7 years’ experience in MEP Design or MEP Design Co-Ordination.
